At POCKET GAMES, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming tech; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the handheld or accessory you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
